We classify our primary business activity as: Lottery Entertainment, providing visitors with lottery pick recommendations, results, statistics, and advice.

Our secondary business activity is affiliate retail marketing, concentrating on such items as: sports, automotive, games, horoscopes, etc.


Providing Visitors with Anonymous Access
You can freely access most of our website and blogs and without disclosing any of your personal data.

However, if you wish to obtain our recommended Lottery Power Picks, you must create an account with us and log into our system.

For this purpose, we collect and retain the following information from you:

In order to use this, you must "Sign in with your Google, Yahoo, AIM or OpenID account". Once done, you may "Interact with other visitors by making friends, sharing media, posting comment, playing games, and more". We do provide you the ability to send us mail. This is done through your personal e-mail provider. Other than receiving your e-mail, we have no access to your e-mail account.

Our blogs, however, are open to visitor postings, which may be accessed and viewed by others. When you do post something on our blogs, other visitors may collect the data that you provide.

Third Party Providers
Both our website and blogs include advertistments, which are third party web service providers. Such third party web service providers may collect personal information about you when you click on their ads. These companies may use information (not including you name, address, email address, or telephone number) about you visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you (but note that third party mobile data collection may differ - refer to Google Mobile Privacy Policy for specific information).We are not responsible for their use of your information. We do not, and cannot, access their information; nor, do we share our information with them other than that data they collect themselves.

Automatic Information Collection and Purpose
We do not collect any information about you unless you log into our website.

In this case, we automatically collect information about your IP, page movement, and other html data. We do this for the following purpose:
  • Technical administration of the Web site
  • Monitoring of Strange Behavior
  • Detection of Malicious Hacking Attempts
  • Content Theft

Additionally, we record all information regarding the Lottery Power Picks we gave to you. This information is numerically encoded. None of your personal information is associated with this data. We do this to:

This data is deleted after the second following lottery drawing is conducted.

Your results are never shared with any other persons or entities. They will, however, be anonomously totaled into our drawing summary results.

Notification of Winners
We reserve the right to announce on our website and blogs substantial lottery winnings. In these cases, we will simply state and congratulate a generic "Player or Winner" and the prize amount. We shall NOT identify any of that persons personal information. Any publicity or identification of those individuals would only be make public by that person, or the Lottery Governing body, not us.

Children's Privacy
We do not solicite or knowingly collect personal data from children. However, we cannot affirm the policy of our affiliate advertisors, and are not responsible for their conduct.

Disclosure and Visitor Choice
We do not disclose any your personal data to our subsidiaries or other any other organizations.


Confidentiality / Security
Since we maintain a minimal amount of personal information, we do not give visitors to our website the option of using a secure transmission method to send us their personal data.

However, we have implemented security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that we have under our control from:

Access to the Personal Data We May Hold about You
We allow our users to view their personal drawing results until the subsequent drawing occurs. At that time, their lottery selections will be permanently deleted from our system.

E-mail Policy
We do not send e-mail solicitations to any individuals, nor do we advertise our site or products using e-mail. We will respond by e-mail only to those visitors of our site who have previously sent us comments, complements, or suggestions.

Additionally, we may send e-mail to other webmasters and companies requesting link exchanges and discussing affiliate marketing information.

In all cases, no personal information of individuals will be disclosed.

Please note: In the cases where our website or blogs receive complements, we reserve the right to publish portions of an individual's e-mail or blog communication. However, we shall never disclose the name, initials, or other personal identifying information about those individuals.

We do use cookies for the convienence of users logging into our website. Howerver, the user is given the ability to use the Remember Me cookie or not. By default, the cookie is not used.

Some or our affiliate advertisers may use cookies as well. We have no control over their use, and are not responsible for their information.

Google DoubleClick Dart Cookies (Section Added 25 March 2009)
The DoubleClick Dart Cookie is used by Google in the ads served on our sites. When users visit an AdSense publisher's website and either view or click on an ad, a ookie may be dropped on that end user's browser. The data gathered from these cookies will be used to help AdSense publishers better serve and manage the ads on their site(s) and across the web.
  • Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on your site.
  • Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and other sites on the Internet.
  • Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.
Note, because each advertising company is independently owned and operated, this above DoubleClick Dart policy applies only to Google.

Adware / Spyware / Virus Policy
We do not knowingly or willingly promote the use of Adware or Spyware, or distribute unwanted programs from our website or blogs.

To help us maintain a Adware/Spyware/Virus safe environment, we have willingly submitted our site to McAfee Advisor for review.

To our surprise, the first McAfee report about our website identified 27 red downloads that were potentially embedded within certain game downloads that we offered. Seeing this report, we immediately removed those download game links, and resubmitted our website for review. Since that time, we have recorded as safe and green.

We do not offer any software, documents, music, or any other data downloads from our sites or blogs. Any use of, or reference to our name, in such a site is in violation of our trademark.
