Clearing Your Browser's Cache

Your browser often saves a local copy of the last pages that you viewed. This is good for speed, but often prevents you from viewing the most recent changes to a website. To make sure that you get the correct information, we suggest you clear your browser's cache often.

To do this on IE, Internet Explorer, do the following:
  • Go to Tools menu bar
  • Select Internet Options
  • In the "Temporary Internet files area" press the "Delete Files..." button (a window will pop up - Check the Delete all offline content checkbox, the press OK)
  • Next, press the Settings button
  • Click the "Every visit to the page" option
  • Then press OK
  • Lastly, press the OK button on the Internet Options window
To do this on Firefox, do the following:
  • Go to Tools menu bar
  • Select the "Clear Private Data" Choice
  • In the pop up window, uncheck all boxes
  • Then check the "Cache" box
  • Press the Clear Private Data Now" button

That's it.

Hope this helps.
